Placing an order with us is fast and easy. There's no need to create an account first. You automatically create an account when you place your first order online. Once you have an account, you will be able to:

  • Shop and check out faster on your next visit.
  • Check your order status online.
  • Obtain a history of items you have purchased.
  • Receive updates on special offers, events, and new products and services.
  • Retain items in your ‘Cart and Wish List’.

We offer the following payment options:

  • Bank Transfer

Delivery may take up to two days (longer if the book is out of stock). We deliver all over Zambia with our courier partners.

On the Review page of shopping cart, you'll find a summary of your order, including the total amount. Before you submit your order, you will also have the chance to change any of the payment information you have entered so far. Once you are ready, click on "Place your order" to complete the ordering process.

Sometimes items desired in your order may fall out of stock while we are processing the order. In this event, you will receive an email notifying you of a delay. If you have other items in your order, they will be shipped as scheduled. We will continue trying to fulfil your order as quickly as possible. You will be asked to approve a 30-Day Order Extension. If you do not approve the extension, this part of your order will be canceled within 24 hours.

Yes, we do deliver books outside Zambia; however courier charges will apply which will be communicated by our sales representative.
